JOB OVERVIEW

???? Position:

Experienced Virtual Assistant / Call Center Manager

???? Salary:

$75/ week training pay for week 1 and 2
$140 per week (with potential bonuses) after completion of training

???? Work Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST (U.S. Central Time)

???? Location:

Remote – Philippines

?

???? Job Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee daily virtual call center operations
• Interview, hire, and train new call center agents
• Track and organize all leads using the company CRM / Dialer
• Listen to call recordings for script accuracy and quality control
• Verify that agents confirm addresses and properly qualify leads
• Prepare daily and weekly reports on performance, payroll and results
• Maintain accountability, consistency, and structure across the team

???? Qualifications:
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Previous experience managing or supervising a call center or sales team
• Proficient with CRMs and data tracking systems
• Ability to recruit, interview, and onboard new hires
• Reliable high-speed internet and quiet work environment
• Must be able to work full-time during U.S. hours (CST)
