JOB OVERVIEW

The Fresh Fish Shop Ltd is a long-established premium seafood business based in London, UK, supplying top restaurants, hotels, retailers and online customers nationwide.
We’re looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented and reliable remote Sales & Office Admin Assistant to join our growing team.

This is a long-term position for someone who enjoys helping things run smoothly, supporting clients, and taking ownership of administrative and sales-support tasks.

Work Schedule:

Monday – Friday | 4:00 PM – 9:30 PM Philippines time (UK working hours)
Full-time preferred (part-time considered during trial)

Your Main Responsibilities:

- Manage email inboxes and respond to customer or supplier enquiries promptly and professionally
- Process daily orders and update sales sheets / CRM records
- Create and send quotations, invoices, and follow-up emails
- Build and maintain lead lists for potential B2B clients (restaurants, cafes, hotels)
- Conduct light outbound email or phone follow-ups with existing clients to check satisfaction and upsell products
- Maintain spreadsheets and reports for orders, stock, and deliveries
- Support Directors with general admin tasks, document management, and calendar scheduling

Skills & Requirements:

- Excellent written & spoken English — confident speaking with UK clients by phone and email
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Reliable internet connection (fibre preferred) + quiet workspace for calls
- Competent with Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs) and CRM systems
- Positive, proactive, and willing to learn new systems quickly

Previous experience in admin, sales support, or customer service (B2B or food industry a plus)

Comfortable working evening shift
