MKP Management is a UK based property management company who lets and manages our client's property portfolios over West Midlands' area, deal with large portfolios of students from all over the world.

The main duties of the role are:
Customer Services provided by telephone, emails, text messages and WhatsApp Channel
Booking appointments, liaising with customers and clients and different parties
Basic admin skills such as data input and follow workflow on basic tasks
Customer complaints resolution

What we require:

- Previous senior customer service experience would be desirable ( More than 5 years)
- A team player, as well as the ability to work independently
- Intermediate MS Word, Excel, & Outlook skills
- Ability to prioritize workloads and meet multiple deadlines, juggle multiple tasks effectively
- Ability to take on information quickly and be able to work proactively and flexibly with a
positive approach
- Ability to work in a busy environment and ability to prioritize tasks
- Good customer service and communication skills.

Your potential job roles:

- Dealing with customer queries
- Booking appointments, liasing with different parties
- Data Entry, progression management
- Diary management

As a first point of contact for the business, both via online chat, emails or over the phone, you will need to be able to build good customer relationship with ease. You will answer questions regarding regular customer queries, identify the problems and communicate with other parties including contractors and Uk staff members

Working as part of a busy and supportive team in a business that truly values staff, you will be proactive and have a positive approach in all that you do, keen to go above and beyond to ensure that everything you do is of the highest standard. Hours Required: 40-45 Hours per week, Work UK Time from 9:30am - 5:30pm

Salary: Starting from $5.00 per hour, reviewable after 3 months
