The main duties of the role are:
Customer Services provided by telephone,
Booking appointments, liaising with customers and clients and different parties
Basic admin skills such as data input and follow workflow on basic tasks
Customer complaints resolution

What we require:
- Previous senior customer service experience would be desirable ( More than 5 years)
- A team player, as well as the ability to work independently
- Intermediate MS Word, Excel, & Outlook skills
- Ability to prioritize workloads and meet multiple deadlines, juggle multiple tasks effectively
- Ability to take on information quickly and be able to work proactively and flexibly with a
positive approach
- Ability to work in a busy environment and ability to prioritize tasks
- Good customer service and communication skills.

Hours Required: 40-45 Hours per week, Work UK Time from 9:30am - 5:30pm
Salary: Starting from $5.00 per hour, reviewable after 3 months
