About Pro Xteriors

Pro Xteriors is a fast-growing home improvement company specializing in window, door, and gutter replacements, operating in Georgia and Indianapolis. Our marketing generates hundreds of warm homeowner leads each week — we just need great communicators to help us turn them into booked appointments for our design consultants.

We’re looking for motivated, coachable appointment setters who enjoy talking with people and can follow a proven script to help homeowners schedule their free consultations.

Responsibilities
• Call, text, and follow up with leads who have requested information about windows, doors, or gutter replacements.
• Set confirmed in-home appointments for our sales consultants.
• Follow up with older leads and canceled appointments to reactivate interest.
• Record notes, call outcomes, and appointment details accurately in our CRM.
• Maintain a positive, professional tone on every call.
• Meet weekly performance goals for booking rate and call volume.
• Participate in weekly coaching and tea ---------- etings to improve conversion skills.

Requirements
• Experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or customer service preferred.
• Strong English communication skills — both spoken and written.
• Confident, friendly, and clear on the phone.
• Comfortable using CRMs (GoHighLevel experience a plus, but not required).
• Organized and able to manage a daily list of leads.
• Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace.

Work Schedule
• Shifts are based on U.S. time zones (Eastern Standard Time).
• Expected to work 5 days per week, approximately 40 hours per week.
• Must be available during business hours (9 a.m.–6 p.m. EST or similar).
