About Pro Xteriors

Pro Xteriors is a fast-growing home improvement company specializing in window, door, and gutter replacements with operations in Georgia and Indianapolis. We’re a performance-driven team focused on efficiency, data, and scaling smart.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, reliable Analytics Assistant to help us track and organize our company’s key performance metrics across sales and marketing.

Responsibilities
• Track and update daily and weekly sales metrics for both Georgia and Indianapolis markets.
• Appointments booked, demos run, sales closed, cancellation rates, etc.
• Track marketing spend by channel and market (Facebook, Modernize, events, canvassing, etc.).
• Prepare a weekly report summarizing KPIs, including performance comparisons vs. targets.
• Handle one-off data or research requests such as:
• “Find out how many appointments we booked from each lead source last week.”
• “Identify where we can add 10 more appointments based on current performance.”
• Keep all data organized in Google Sheets or similar platforms.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure accuracy and timely reporting.

Requirements
• Strong experience with Google Sheets or Excel (formulas, charts, pivot tables).
• Excellent attention to detail — accuracy is critical.
• Comfortable working with data and creating summary reports.
• Good English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Reliable internet connection and ability to meet daily deadlines.
• Experience with GoHighLevel CRM, Facebook Ads, or lead tracking is a plus (but not required).

Work Schedule
• Monday-Friday 6am-2pm EST
• Must be responsive via WhatsApp during agreed hours.
