We’re looking for a data-driven Ad Manager to manage client ad accounts across Meta, Google, and other paid platforms.
The goal is simple — to run profitable campaigns, hit performance targets, and communicate results clearly.
You’ll work with the creative and operations team to strategize, launch, and scale campaigns for multiple clients across various niches — including restricted categories such as pharma, gambling, IPTV, or crypto (experience in these is a plus but not mandatory).
?
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, launch, and optimize ad campaigns on Meta
• Manage multiple client accounts, budgets, and daily performance targets.
• Write and test ad copy, headlines, and creatives in coordination with the design team.
• Monitor KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS) and optimize accordingly.
• Prepare weekly performance reports and insights for management.
• Collaborate with the creative and tracking teams to test new funnels, angles, and audiences.
• Stay updated with ad policies, bans, and platform workarounds (knowledge of cloaking, warm-ups, and compliance is a big plus).
?
Requirements
• 2+ years of hands-on ad buying experience (Meta or Google essential; both preferred).
• Proven track record of managing at least $10,000/month in ad spend profitably.
• Strong understanding of tracking, attribution, pixels, and conversion APIs.
• Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on numbers, not intuition.
• Excellent written English and communication — you’ll be client-facing.
• Comfortable working with international clients and in IST time zone (3 PM – 11 PM).
• Bonus: experience with restricted or high-risk verticals and ability to adapt quickly when accounts are flagged or disabled.
?
???? Compensation
• Full-time (40 hrs/week)
• $800 – $1,200 USD/month, depending on experience
• Monthly performance bonus for hitting ROAS or CPA targets
• Paid trial for shortlisted candidates
?
?? Filter Question (Required)
Please start your application by answering this in one line:
“You launch a campaign that spends $200 but gets only 2 leads — what’s the first thing you check and why?”
(Answer in under 30 seconds — this helps us see how you think analytically.)
Applications without this answer will not be considered.
?
???? Optional (for strong candidates)
Include screenshots or brief examples of your previous ad account results — even partial ones (blurred budgets are fine).
