We’re looking for a
You’ll be responsible for launching and killing
???? Responsibilities:
Launch new ad campaigns based on our provided structure and naming system
Kill underperforming ad sets and campaigns following clear KPI rules
Monitor performance and update spreadsheets with key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS)
Communicate daily with the media buying team via Slack
Follow strict routines and maintain consistent accuracy
? Requirements:
Experience with
Strong understanding of metrics like CPC, CPM, CTR, and ROAS
Slack communication is a must
Detail-oriented, reliable, and disciplined
Available 2–3 hours per day, with potential to increase as we scale
Stable internet connection and fluent English
Must be available during U.S. time zones (EST/PST)
???? Compensation:
$3–$4/hour (depending on experience)
Long-term position — hours will increase as we grow
???? Working Hours:
Flexible schedule, but you must check and manage ads twice daily during U.S. daytime hours (EST/PST).
