Supply Chain / Order Fulfillment VA

Your Main Responsibilities:

Monitor and resolve OOS orders efficiently
Track and manage shipment delays with carriers and fulfillment partners
Handle return-to-sender orders and coordinate quick resolutions
Oversee orders ready for pickup and ensure timely processing
Correct and resolve address errors before shipment
Conduct stock inventory checks and maintain accurate records
Perform quality checks on products and orders when needed
Provide clear reports and updates on supply chain performance
Ensure orders are shipped within the 3–5 day window
Negotiate product pricing with suppliers
Check and validate all invoices to ensure pricing accuracy
Work closely with established SOPs for OOS, delays, replacements, inventory, and pricing
Maintain a clear overview of margins across all products and countries
Bring structure and organization to our processes for better visibility and control


Requirements:

Proven experience in supply chain management, order fulfillment - ideally in fashion dropshipping
Excellent organizational and analytical skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proactive problem solver and detail-oriented
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Experience in creating and optimizing SOPs
Reliable and responsive — able to take ownership of responsibilities

Monday - Saturday (Full-time)
