AI & Automation Specialist (Project-Based)

Hey there!

We’re Shoutout Digital, a remote marketing agency helping dental clinics across Australia grow through websites, SEO, content, social media, and more.

Right now, we’re looking to simplify and speed up the way we do things. With so many moving parts, we’ve noticed a lot of tasks that could be made easier through smart systems and automation. We’re hoping to find someone who enjoys figuring out better ways to work and loves using tools to make life simpler for the team.


What we’re hoping you can help with:

• Review how different teams are currently working, such as web design & dev, content, project coordination, onboarding, or reporting (You’ll be working alongside our operations team for this, so you’re not expected to figure everything out on your own)
• Spot areas where automation could cut down on repetitive tasks or delays
• Set up workflows using tools you’re already comfortable with, like Zapier, Make, n8n, or others you’re experienced with
• Suggest better ways of doing things and help us test tools that could improve how we operate
• Possibly explore AI tools with us to improve content or website output
• Support the team in understanding and using these new systems
• Someone knowledgeable in Loveable AI, especially how to integrate Figma designs into Loveable for faster website builds, would be a big plus

We’re not expecting you to know everything right away. We’re looking for someone who’s curious, proactive, and enjoys solving problems in creative ways.


The kind of person we’d love to work with

• You’ve had experience setting up automations or systems that saved time and made things flow better
• You like simplifying things and figuring out how to make processes easier for others
• You’ve worked with no-code or low-code tools and enjoy exploring new ones
• You’re good at connecting the dots across different areas of a business
• You can explain what you’ve set up in a way that’s easy for the team to follow


What to know

• This role is project-based for now, but could lead to more work together
• Fully remote
• Flexible hours, PH/AU time
• Open to hourly or project-based rates, depending on what works best for you
