Airbnb Pricing/Revenue Specialist - Pricelabs

About Us

- We’re a fast-growing short-term rental company managing 58 active Airbnb properties across multiple markets.
- Our team of 6 (All Filo!) handles everything from guest communications to maintenance, and we’re now looking for a Pricing + Revenue Specialist to help us take things to the next level.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize daily rates across all 58 Airbnb listings.
- Use PriceLabs and other dynamic pricing tools to analyze performance and make data-driven adjustments.
- Conduct market research on local events, seasonality, and demand trends.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure pricing aligns with availability, occupancy, and overall business goals.
- Stay updated on changes across Airbnb, ---------- , Vrbo, and other short-term rental platforms.

Requirements:
- Proven experience managing Airbnb pricing (ideally 30+ listings or more).
- Proficiency with PriceLabs (or similar tools like Wheelhouse, Beyond Pricing, etc.).
- Use your favorite food in the subject line when you apply. No food = will not read your application
- Strong understanding of short-term rental markets and dynamic pricing principles.
- Knowledge of multiple STR platforms (Airbnb, ---------- , Vrbo, etc.).
- IMPORTANT: (We don't micro manager) Comfortable working independently and proactively identifying revenue opportunities.
