Role Title: Admin & Outreach Assistant

Pay: $400 USD per month (starting rate)
Bonus: $100 USD for every confirmed school brought in
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (UK Time)

Core Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation (your bread & butter):

– Research schools online and identify whether they currently offer a coding club.
– If no clear info is found, call the school between the approved hours (10:00 AM – 11:30 AM and 1:00 PM – 2:30 PM UK time) to confirm whether they run one.
– Briefly introduce U Teach Mi and ask who to send our information to.
– Forward our pre-written email, customised slightly for each school (you’ll be trained on this).
– Record all contact info, outcomes, and dates in our shared tracker.

2. Admin Support:

– Assist with HR and customer-service admin tasks.
– Support Operations and Customer Relations with any delegated work.
– Be proactive — if you’re not busy with admin, jump back into lead generation.

What We’re Looking For

We want someone who’s clear, confident, and full of personality on the phone.
This isn’t your typical sales job — it’s about starting real conversations and bringing warmth and energy to every call. You’ll be speaking to school receptionists and staff, so we need curiosity, humour, and authenticity, not a corporate script.

You must have an excellent command of English, with British English being a strong bonus.
