YT Channel Video Editor (pay per minute)

I'm currently hiring 8 video editors to join my team and assist with editing YouTube videos for my channel, which focuses on internet documentaries. The content style will be similar to this video: [ ----------
]. If things go well, there may be opportunities to work on my other channels as well.

Job Details:

You'll be expected to edit 1–3 videos per week.
Payment is based on the length of the voiceover (typically 12–17 minutes).
The rate ranges from $5 to $8 per voiceover minute (e.g., 15 minutes x $5 = $75).
You'll collaborate closely with me or my managers to ensure your editing style aligns with the channel's tone.
