We’re on the lookout for a Dispute Process Consultant to review, audit, and enhance our current disputes process, policies, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and assess the company’s existing e-commerce disputes process from end to end
- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and compliance gaps
- Recommend and document improvements to policies, workflows, and response procedures
- Provide expert consulting and training to internal tea
- Support implementation of improved dispute resolution frameworks
Qualifications:
- Proven experience handling e-commerce disputes, particularly with PayPal, Klarna, and similar payment platforms
- Strong understanding of dispute resolution processes, chargebacks, and consumer protection regulations
- Background in e-commerce operations, risk management, or payment compliance
- Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills
- Prior consulting experience preferred
