Virtual Assistant Funnel Growth & Management

Lowbrowse is a new kind of news platform — a calm, trustworthy, human-first news feed.

We’re building a low-fi, minimalist experience powered by a “news engine” that filters noise, scores credibility, and explains why you’re seeing what you see.

We’re now preparing to open our private beta in Germany, and we’re looking for someone who can grow and manage our beta user list with creativity, precision, and energy.

Mission

Build and nurture an engaged list of early testers for Lowbrowse’s beta launch — turning curiosity into real usage and feedback.

Objectives

- Grow the beta signup list to 1,000+ verified users (DE focus).
- Increase engagement: 60 %+ open rate on welcome emails.
- Activate early testers once the MVP goes live.
- Deliver a short weekly growth report (signups, top channels, insights).

Role

- Manage the full beta funnel (from form to welcome email).
- Test and scale micro-campaigns across:
- LinkedIn, Reddit, Product Hunt, Indie Hackers
- Local journalism or civic-tech communities
- University / startup / media newsletters
- Draft short outreach messages and weekly update emails.
- Track all signups and performance in Notion or Google Sheets.
- Suggest and run small experiments — measure, learn, repeat.

You

- Fast, reliable, and outcome-driven.
- Comfortable writing short, clear copy in English (German a plus).
- Familiar with basic growth tools (Typeform/Tally, MailerLite, Supabase, Plausible).
- Data-curious — you like to test ideas and see what works.
- Respectful of privacy and tone — no spam tactics, ever.

How we work

- Fully remote, async-first.
- Daily Slack or WhatsApp check-ins.
- Friday summary with key numbers and next-week plan.
- Clear autonomy: you own growth; we’ll support content and tools.

Bonus

- Experience launching beta programs or early-stage products.
- Familiar with civic tech, media, or AI-driven products.
- Based in Germany (to help localize campaigns).
