DIGITAL CONTENT CREATOR, VIDEO EDITOR, CHANNEL MANAGER (FOOTBALL FOOTBALL MANAGER / FPL )
Location: Remote
Compensation: $450 - $650+ per month retainer, based on experience and performance.

THE ROLE: FULL CHANNEL OWNERSHIP
We are seeking an experienced, highly autonomous individual to fully manage, and grow three established YouTube/TikTok channels dedicated to football content:

This is a high-autonomy role responsible for driving overall growth, strategy, content creation, and daily administration across all three properties.

NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS
Do not apply if you cannot demonstrate expert-level experience in all areas below.

1. Expert Knowledge
Football (Soccer): Deep, current understanding of global football leagues and news.

Football Manager (The Game): Proven, expert knowledge and history with the Football Manager series.

FPL (Fantasy Premier League): Active player and strategic understanding of FPL concepts.

2. Expert Skills & Work Ethic
Exceptional English Fluency: Flawless written and spoken English is mandatory for scripting, narration, and professional SEO/metadata.

Video Editing Expertise: Expert proficiency in fast-paced editing (both Long-Form and Shorts).

Graphic Design: Ability to create high-quality, engaging YouTube thumbnails and channel assets.

YouTube/TikTok Strategy: Proven experience in optimizing content for rapid audience growth, SEO, and engagement metrics.

Speed, Reliability, & Availability: Must meet strict, fast-paced content delivery deadlines consistently.
