Shopify Fashion Dropshipping General Virtual Assistant

We are looking for a highly reliable, experienced, and fast-moving General Virtual Assistant to support our Shopify-based fashion stores with day-to-day operations and miscellaneous tasks.
This is not an entry-level position. We’re hiring someone who has already worked with fashion dropshipping stores and understands how to operate inside Shopify, manage tools, communicate with AI, and get things done quickly — without excuses or delays.

What You Will Be Doing:

You’ll be my right hand for all general and support tasks across the business. Tasks will vary day to day and may include:

Working inside Shopify: apps, settings, copy-paste tasks, metafields, and edits

Managing back-end tasks

Using tools like ChatGPT to help write or complete tasks

Admin tasks in Google Sheets, Docs, Notion, and email

Basic store checks and keeping things moving forward

Managing settings, integrations, and connecting tools

Troubleshooting and solving small issues across apps and settings

You don’t need to be a specialist in one thing — you just need to be very experienced, highly reliable, and fast.

What We’re Looking For:

Significant experience working with Shopify stores (especially in fashion/dropshipping)

Comfortable managing apps, integrations, and Shopify settings

High-level Google Sheets and online workflow experience

Confident using ChatGPT or other AI tools to get tasks done

Highly reliable — when given a task, you own it and complete it

Fast execution and ability to stay on top of tasks daily

Strong communicator — you solve problems, don’t ghost, and don’t delay

Already worked as a General VA for Shopify fashion stores — no first-timers

Salary:

$3/hour
If you perform well, there is room for growth, bonuses, and higher-level tasks over time.

Work Hours:

Mostly asynchronous, but you must be reachable during key hours (we will define these together)

Must be available Monday to Friday for daily task check-ins and completion
