Social Media & Marketing Virtual Assistant – Real Estate Buyer’s Agency (Sydney, Australia)
We’re looking for a creative, reliable, and self-driven Social Media & Marketing Virtual Assistant to join InvestorAid, a leading Buyer’s Agency based in Sydney, Australia.

Position Details:
Type: Full-time (40 hours per week, 8 hours/day)
Commitment: Long-term, stable role with room to grow

Main Responsibilities:
Create and schedule engaging content across multiple social media platforms
Design flyers, social posts, and marketing materials using Canva
Edit and repurpose videos for social media content
Manage and schedule posts consistently across all channels
Run and monitor email campaigns (GoHighLevel) and paid ads (Facebook/Instagram)
Assist with engagement, comments, and audience growth strategies

Skills & Qualities We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in social media marketing and content creation (non-negotiable)
Skilled with Canva, video editing, and social media scheduling tools
Bonus: Experience using GoHighLevel (GHL) or any CRM/email marketing platform
Strong English communication skills — written and verbal
Proactive, creative, and detail-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently while being accountable for results
Eagerness to learn, grow, and improve systems as the business scales

Assessment Requirement:
Shortlisted applicants will be asked to complete a content creation and marketing skills test to demonstrate capability and creativity.
