3D Blender animation creator

we are a driving school and developing a student learning to drive course. We want to suplement that with instructional video's. These video's will be mostly 2D (some 3D might be something for a later stage).

Is this something you could do ? Then please reply. This job is for atleast 50 video's. It can be filled up both part and full time. If you reply, please leave exactly 3 AP. I would also like to know if you are capable of creating video's like the 4th video, one of the better ones. This is from a competitor and it gives me the impression that in some way they made an animation from real footage similar to parts in this video ---------- which is an effect I would also like to use.

If you are capable of using AI tools to create these video's please let me know, this will be a big bonus. Plese do study the links and give me a detailed reply how you think you would do the work. (Materials needed, work proces, software used)
