Summary:

We are seeking a Project Administrator & Warranty Officer to join our team. This role is critical in supporting the smooth delivery of solar projects, ensuring compliance, and managing all aspects of customer warranties and after-sales service.

Key Responsibilities



Project Administration

Coordinate solar installation projects from sales handover through to practical completion.

Prepare, review, and maintain project documentation, contracts, and compliance records.

Liaise with internal departments, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Track project progress, update schedules, and proactively identify and resolve potential risks.

Prepare and complete submissions and management of regulatory and network approvals.



Warranty & After-Sales Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for warranty and service-related enquiries.

Administer warranty claims in accordance with contractual obligations and manufacturer requirements.

Coordinate service works and ensure a timely resolution of issues to uphold customer satisfaction.

Maintain accurate records of all warranty and service activities.

Provide regular reporting on warranty trends to inform continuous improvement initiatives.



Skills, Qualifications & Experience

Demonstrated experience in project administration, preferably within the electrical, or renewable energy sectors.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and customer-focused approach.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management systems will be highly regarded.

Knowledge of solar energy systems or the renewable energy industry, particularly on commercial and off-grid
