All About Rehabilitation is a growing Australian Occupational Therapy practice specialising in Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA), Supported Independent Living (SIL), Individualised Living Options (ILO), Assistive Technology, and Home Modifications. We provide assessment-based reports and recommendations to help NDIS participants achieve their goals and improve quality of life.

We are expanding our digital presence and seeking a creative, reliable, and strategic Social Media & Marketing Virtual Assistant to manage and grow our online brand.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Scheduling
• Design and schedule engaging posts for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Repurpose key report insights, success stories, and professional tips into shareable social content.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all platforms.

Marketing & Advertising
• Create and manage paid ads (Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn) to increase brand awareness and attract referral partners.
• Track ad performance and make adjustments to improve reach and conversion.
• Assist in building and managing email marketing campaigns and newsletters.

Engagement & Growth
• Monitor social media messages, comments, and inquiries.
• Engage with followers, referral partners, and NDIS-related groups to build brand visibility.
• Research trending hashtags, topics, and content ideas relevant to allied health and the NDIS.

Brand & Strategy Support
• Collaborate with the Director to develop monthly marketing plans aligned with business goals.
• Help update website content, blogs, and promotional materials.
• Track performance analytics and provide monthly marketing reports.
