???? What You’ll Do
Develop our Pinterest strategy and content calendar (including different types of posts)
Design and publish 2–3 Pinterest posts daily (static pins and short how-to videos)
Use our existing library of resources to create engaging, visually aligned content
Create AI-powered hooks, headlines, and descriptions that resonate with teachers
Focus every post on driving free trial sign-ups for GrowthMinded
Work independently and manage your own creative pipeline
Stay aligned with our brand look and feel (we’ll provide guidance and samples)

? Must-Have Skills
Proven experience designing Pinterest content (please share your portfolio!)
Solid understanding of what performs well on Pinterest for an educator/teacher audience
Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe, or equivalent tools)
Basic video filming and editing skills (e.g. making short vertical videos)
Ability to write attention-grabbing hooks and pin descriptions using tools like ChatGPT or other AI tools
Self-starter with great time management and strong attention to detail
Familiarity with content repurposing, trends, and Pinterest SEO
Bonus: Experience working with educational content or printables
