Now Hiring: E-commerce Shopify Email Customer Support Representative

We are looking for a part/full-time Email Customer Support Representative to assist our Shopify store customers with inquiries, order issues, and general support. If you have experience with Shopify and Gorgias, a positive attitude, and a passion for learning, we’d love to hear from you!

Position Details:

This role would start as a part-time position with the potential to grow into a full-time role. Hours: 2–4 hours per day, 7 days a week available.

Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with order tracking, refunds, and product inquiries.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Maintain a positive and helpful tone in all interactions.

Requirements:

- Experience in email customer support (preferably with Shopify & Gorgias).
- Strong written communication skills.
- Positive attitude, open to feedback, and eager to learn and grow.
- Ability to work independently and stay organized.
- Comfortable working with target KPIs.
- Able to work on fixed shift schedules.
- Reliable internet connection.
