Remote Sales Representative - Base Salary + Bonus

Schedule: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) – Approximately 9:00 PM - 5:00 AM PHT. Must be available for real-time calls and outreach to US-based clients.
Compensation: $100 per month base salary + uncapped commission (top closers earn $1,000–$5,000+ monthly; pay scales with results—no recurring residuals).

The Role
Mostly outbound outreach—cold emails, warm calling, follow-ups—but we'll throw you any inbound on our sales line too (they're rare, though). Use our scripts, handle Google Meet pitches, log everything in HubSpot. Close 5-10 deals a week? Easy cash.
Key Responsibilities:

Own outbound: email blasts, dial warm leads, chase replies.
Jump on any inbound calls that hit our line.
Pitch upsells—AI ($29-$150/month), web packages ($150-$20K), business starts ($595-$9K), energy audits ($995+), staffing ($6-$30/hr).
Beat objections, show ROI fast—"This AI grabs five calls a week" or "Staff for half price."
Join weekly EST huddles for leads and tweaks.
No micromanaging—just results.

Compensation Details (One-Time Payouts)
AI Tools:

Base tiers ($29-$39): 5%—$1.45-$2.
Plus ($69-$150): 7-10%—$4.83-$15.
Bundles over $500: 15%.

LGS Business Formation:

$595: $100 flat.
$1,145: $150.
$1,500: 7%, cap $250.
$5,999: 5%, cap $300.
$8,999: 4%, cap $400.
Grants: 10% first invoice, cap $100.

QWS Web/Social:

Landing $150: none.
$750: $75.
$3.5K-$5.8K: 5%, cap $250.
$8K-$20K: 4%, cap $600.
Management first-month: Basic $25, Advanced $75, Full $200.
Social: $25-$60.

Virtual Staffing:

5% first-month revenue, cap $200—like $30 on $600 contract.

Payouts: Weekly PayPal or bank, USD, once client pays and activates.
