Social Media Virtual Assistant (Daily Performance + Commission Bonuses

We’re looking for driven and reliable Virtual Assistants (VAs) to help us manage and grow multiple social media accounts including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram for clients in industries like Visa Lawyers and Construction.

This role is perfect for someone who is organized, goal oriented, and hungry to grow their skills while earning consistent pay and bonuses based on performance.

???? Role Overview

As a Social Media VA, you’ll be responsible for:
• Managing multiple social media accounts (posting, commenting, engagement).
• Following specific daily action plans (targets for outreach, replies, or messages).
• Tracking results and reporting daily progress.

You don’t need to be an expert yet but you must be willing to learn fast, stay consistent, and follow instructions carefully.

• Hourly Rate: $1 – $2 per hour (depending on experience and reliability).
• Commission Bonuses: Earn extra when you hit or exceed daily and weekly targets (performance-based pay for results).

? Requirements
• Strong written English and communication skills.
• Access to a stable internet connection. (Knows how to use Proxies)
• Available for at least 30 hours per week.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.

• Experience managing or growing social media pages.
• Familiarity with automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.).
• Experience working with Western clients or marketing teams.
