Operations – Housing & Personal Assistant

Role Overview

This is a diverse and engaging role supporting key areas of our business. We’re looking for a self starter, someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable wearing multiple hats. You’ll receive initial training and support, but we expect initiative, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage your time effectively across different responsibilities.

This role involves a strong emphasis on social media growth and management across our personal brand & temporary housing business. The ideal candidate is excited about marketing, building an audience, and driving engagement and conversions online.

1. Temporary Housing Operations & Marketing (~20 hrs/week)

This is the core focus of the role. You will help manage and grow our network of furnished rental homes for displaced insureds—families whose homes are under repair following insurance claims.

Key responsibilities include:

Posting and maintaining property listings on our website, Facebook Marketplace, Airbnb, and other relevant platforms.

Ensuring listings are accurate, professional, and visually appealing (descriptions, amenities, pricing, and photos).

Responding promptly and professionally to inquiries from landlords, property owners, and insureds.

Coordinating move-ins/move-outs, collecting documentation, and maintaining availability calendars.

Reaching out to landlords, agents, and property managers to onboard new partner properties.

Supporting marketing efforts to attract both property owners and tenants.

Assisting in developing repeatable workflows for listing, leasing, and follow-up communication.

2. Social Media Management & Marketing (Integrated Across All Areas)

Social media is a central part of this role, supporting the temporary housing business and personal branding.

Key responsibilities include:

Developing and implementing a content posting schedule across Facebook, Instagram, and potentially TikTok.

Creating and scheduling posts that are tailored for each business area:

Temporary Housing: property highlights, success stories, company updates, educational posts for landlords and insureds.

Personal: professional updates, lifestyle or thought-leadership posts as directed.

Managing messages, comments, and engagement across platforms.

Tracking post performance and suggesting improvements to grow reach and engagement.

Assisting with basic cold outreach via social media (e.g., connecting with landlords, vendors, or potential buyers).

Helping develop social media strategies to expand audience, build trust, and drive sales.

3. Personal Assistant Tasks (~2 hrs/week)

You’ll provide light administrative and organizational support to the company owner.

Key responsibilities include:

Scheduling, calendar management, and reminders.

Online research and basic data entry.

Helping with miscellaneous organizational and personal tasks.

Additional Responsibilities

Supporting marketing initiatives such as email outreach, lead tracking, and cold calling to landlords or vendors.

Suggesting workflow improvements and helping build repeatable systems as we grow.
