Futures Trader

We are seeking a skilled and disciplined Futures Trader to professionally manage and trade a funded account. The trader will be responsible for executing trades based on sound risk management principles, maintaining consistent profitability, and providing detailed trade logs and performance reports.

Responsibilities:
- Execute trades in Futures markets using technical and fundamental analysis.
- Follow a structured trading plan with strict risk-to-reward management.
- Maintain daily trade journals and performance records.
- Avoid over-leveraging and adhere to account drawdown limits.
- Provide weekly performance summaries and insights on market conditions.
- Attend periodic performance check-ins and strategy reviews.

Requirements:
- Proven track record of consistent profitability in live or funded accounts.
- Strong understanding of technical analysis, price action, and trading psychology.
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently.
- Experience trading on platforms like AmpFutures, TradingView, NinjaTrader, or similar.
- Discipline, emotional control, and accountability are a must.

Performance-Based Compensation: Pay will be based on account performance, profit share, and potential scaling opportunities for consistent traders.
