Why This Role Matters

This isn’t just another sales seat. As our Business Development Manager, you’ll drive the mid-to-bottom of the funnel—turning qualified leads into signed search agreements and successful placements. You’ll partner closely with leadership and recruiting teams to secure new clients, build strong relationships, and close high-value deals.

We’re looking for a closer—someone who thrives in a performance-driven environment and wants to scale with a company moving fast.

What You’ll Own

Conduct at least 12 discovery calls per month with Director- and C-level executives.
Deliver 6+ tailored proposals monthly, showcasing value and expertise.
Close 4+ new client contracts per quarter, each at a 20%+ fee.
Maintain a 30–40% close rate fro ---------- eting to signed agreement.
Coach the SDR to qualify leads effectively and maintain a healthy pipeline.
Accurately forecast sales and report weekly metrics in Salesforce.
Identify upsell opportunities—retainers, exclusive searches, and department expansions.

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of closing experience in recruiting, staffing, or B2B sales.
Proven 30%+ close rate.
Confident communicator with U.S. executives via video calls.
Strong high-fee negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ---------- , and Zoom.
Data-driven, KPI-oriented, and comfortable owning the number.
