About the Role
The Patient Relations and Delivery Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring patients, clinics, pharmacies, and delivery partners receive seamless, compassionate, and efficient support. As the first line of response across multiple communication channels, you will deliver patient-focused service while also managing pharmacy and delivery operations to ensure service level agreements are met. Key Responsibilities
