We help small but mighty eCommerce brands grow through email marketing, content strategy, and social media.

Many of our clients are in the lifestyle, pet, and home niches industries that thrive on authentic influencer and affiliate relationships.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Virtual Assistant to support us with influencer and affiliate outreach.
?? Starting at 15–20 hours per week, with plenty of room to grow as our client base expands!

???? What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll help us build genuine, long-term relationships with influencers and affiliates who align with each client’s brand values.

We’ll supply you with SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and script templates for each client, giving you clear direction and structure from day one.
Your main role is to find and connect with influencers, using your organisational skills to manage everything in well-maintained Google Docs and trackers for easy reference.

Your daily tasks will include:
? Researching and shortlisting potential influencers (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, blogs).
? Customising and sending outreach messages (using our provided templates).
? Managing replies, tracking conversations, and following up.
? Keeping Google Sheets and outreach trackers up to date and well-organised.
? Sending weekly progress reports (contacts made, responses, and results).
? Collaborating via ---------- (task management) and Slack (team communications).

???? We’re Looking For Someone Who:

???? Has excellent written and spoken English.
?? Writes naturally, friendly, confident, and professional.
???? Is detail-oriented, organised, and consistent with record keeping.
???? Has experience with influencer outreach, affiliate marketing, or virtual assistance (preferred).
???? Has a reliable internet connection and works efficiently online.
???? Owns an active Facebook account (for testing and sharing client assets).
???? Knows how to use ---------- and Slack (preferred but not essential).
???? Is proactive, dependable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

? Hours & Pay

???? Starting at 15–20 hours per week
???? Flexible working hours, we care more about results than when you log in, but you’ll need to log your hours.
???? Pay: AUD $8–10/hour (depending on experience)
???? Paid weekly via Wise, Payoneer, or PayPal.
