VA Accountant (Full-Time)

VA Accountant (Full-Time) | His Grace Outsourcing

We’re hiring 2 experienced VA Accountants to support a US-based real estate group managing multiple entities. This is a long-term remote role with strong career growth.

Responsibilities:

Handle daily accounting, bank reconciliations & reporting

Manage QuickBooks Online, AppFolio, and Excel forecasts

Maintain Zero-Balance Account (ZBA) structure & cash tracking

Support intercompany entries, AP, and month-end close

Assist in preparing 13-week cash forecasts and variance reports

Qualifications:

Accounting/Finance degree, 3+ yrs experience (US clients preferred)

Skilled in QBO, AppFolio & Excel

Detail-oriented, reliable, and organized

Schedule & Pay:

Full-time | Initially on US hours

50,000–?65,000/month (competitive rate)
