I am looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Property Conveyancing Assistant to support property transactions from start to finish. The ideal candidate is highly organised, works well independently, and communicates confidently with clients and property professionals. This is a long-term, work-from-home role offering the opportunity to collaborate closely with an experienced Australian conveyancing team.
Conveyancing Administration
Prepare welcome
Assist with the preparation of contracts and required paperwork ahead of inspections.
Follow established procedures for requesting documentation.
Take new instructions from clients and estate agents.
Prepare client care letters.
Monitor the progress of client files.
Chase outstanding documentation.
Log incoming documents and update internal systems accordingly.
Administration
Draft professional communications and templates.
Take initiative to coordinate, track, and follow up on administrative and project tasks.
Format and prepare reports, contracts, and internal documentation.
Update conveyancing and client management systems accurately.
Maintain consistency across all internal records and systems.
Contribute to ongoing process improvements.
Assist in business growth initiatives as required.
Experience & Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Property Conveyancing Administrator.
A background in conveyancing is highly preferred.
Knowledge of legal and property-related terminology.
Personal Qualities
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Proactive and self-motivated.
Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
Flexible and adaptable with a positive, can-do attitude.
Tools & Software (Preferred Experience)
Electronic conveyancing systems – preferably Conveyancing Manager.
TriConvey practice management system experience preferred.
CRM and document management platforms.
Google Workspace (G-Suite) or Microsoft Office.
