We are looking for researchers & editors with a strong track record of digital writing, research, and proofreading.

*THE ROLE*
Your primary responsibility will be to produce high-quality news articles for social media distribution.
The majority of the writing will be done by AI.

Your role will be to:
> Conducting in-depth research on assigned topics
> Using AI tools to generate initial drafts
> Thoroughly proofreading and editing content
> Ensuring all articles are comprehensive and polished
> Taking full ownership of the final submitted draft

Your final draft must read well, thoroughly cover the topic, and adhere to our style and readability guidelines.

*“HARD SKILLS” NEEDED*
> Able to understand the angle of the assigned topic that will engage readers
> Must have strong research skills
> Must have strong proofreading skills
> Able to write concisely that is easy to read on the web
> Able to break down technical topics to a non-technical audience
> Able to back up claims with authoritative sources

*“SOFT SKILLS” NEEDED*
> Detail-oriented. Able to follow a set of written processes.
> Responsible. Most news assignments should be sent within the same day it was assigned, unless stated otherwise.
> Respectful.
> Communicative.
> Open to giving and receiving constructive feedback.

*PAYMENT STRUCTURE*
Each article pays out a flat rate of $15.

You may be assigned 1-2 news articles a day.

Upon completion of milestones, there will be a monthly bonus of up to $280.
