Finance Manager

FastAid is a first aid kits and consumables designer, importer and wholesaler based in Sydney, Australia. We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Finance Manager to join our fast growing, friendly and vibrant team full time.

This is a full-time work from home role, with generous salary, detailed training and on-boarding, 20 days paid annual leave p.a., along with annual visits to our office Sydney, Australia paid for.

The Finance Manager is responsible to manage all aspects of the company debtors, transaction processing/data entry and ensure they pay on-time. Also responsible for all aspects of company creditors, transaction processing/data entry and to ensure they are paid on-time. Responsible for financial reporting including the weekly cash flow, budgeting and forecasting. Manages and maintains company financial budgets.

Batchelors degree / qualifications in accounting and finance is essential. Experience with an ERP system is essential (experience with NetSuite is preferred but not essential). Must be fluent and advanced in English and have great communication skills as this role requires verbal/phone communication with customers.

The role consists of three key areas;
1. Accounts receivable
2. Accounts payable
3. Finance

We are looking for someone who can start full time quickly - ideally Monday 27th October.

Salary depends on level of experience and qualifications.
