About us
US company in healthcare services. Small team, long-term roles, clear SOPs, steady work.

Role summary
Help keep our contact lists, emails, and CRM organized so deals move on time. Most work is in Google Sheets and a CRM (Streak/HubSpot).

What you’ll do
*Update the CRM after emails and calls, set next steps, and keep statuses correct.
*Build and clean contact lists; check names, emails, and company details.
*Send mail merges using our templates and track replies.
*Prepare simple call briefs and a weekly report (wins, next steps, blockers).

Must haves
*PH-based, good written English, strong attention to detail.
*Comfortable in Google Sheets and any CRM (Streak/HubSpot or similar).

Schedule: 3 hours overlap with US Eastern; rest on PH daytime.
*Reliable home internet, VPN active during all work sessions, and a backup connection (e.g., mobile hotspot).
*Quiet workspace and dependable equipment for calls and screen shares.

Nice to have
*Experience supporting sales/admin teams.
*Mail-merge experience and basic document version control.

Hours and pay
*Full-time, 40 hrs/week, long-term.
*5,000 PHP per week to start. Raises at 30/60/90 days based on accuracy, on?time follow-ups, and a clear weekly report.
*13th?month bonus. Paid one-week trial.
