Inside Sales Agent (Real Estate Cold Caller) - Contractual with Competitive Pay

We are a growing Real Estate team looking for a skilled and motivated Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to join us on a contractual basis (3–6 months).

Your main role will be cold calling leads, engaging homeowners, and setting qualified appointments for our real estate agents in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities:

-Make outbound cold calls to homeowners, and other real estate leads.

-Qualify leads based on motivation, property details, and timeline to sell.

-Manage and Call leads using our Mojo and Ring Central

-Follow proven scripts and handle objections professionally.

-Schedule appointments for our real estate agents.

-Update daily reports and maintain consistent communication with the team

Requirements:

- Minimum of 6 months experience as a Real Estate ISA or Cold Caller.
- Excellent English communication skills (neutral accent preferred).
- Experience using dialer tools (Mojo and Ring Central)
- Reliable internet connection and noise-cancelling headset.
- Strong work ethic, goal-oriented, and can work with minimal supervision.
- Willing to work during U.S. business hours.
***This will be NIGHT shift - 12 AM to 9 AM Philippines Time***

Compensation:

- Competitive compensation for a contractual role (3–6 months).
- High-performing ISAs may be offered an extension or a long-term position based on performance.
