About Cornerstone

Cornerstone Lawn Services is a fast-growing landscaping, hardscaping, and outdoor services company based in West Virginia, USA. We create and maintain beautiful outdoor spaces for residential and commercial clients — and we’re expanding our digital presence to match the quality of our work in the field.

We’re seeking a creative, strategic, and reliable Social Media & Content Marketing Manager to help us plan, design, and manage our marketing across all platforms.

This is a long-term, full-time role for someone who loves storytelling, design, and helping a local brand grow through consistent, authentic, and professional online content.

Your Role

You’ll manage the day-to-day marketing for Cornerstone — creating engaging content, building our online community, and driving awareness across multiple channels.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Creating branded content (graphics, videos, reels, Facebook, Instagram, TikToks) (Content creation in Canva)
• Building and managing a year-round content calendar tied to landscaping seasons (spring cleanup, mulch, snow removal, etc.)
• Writing marketing copy for social posts, blogs, newsletters, and e-books
• Managing and growing our TikTok channel with creative, engaging videos
• Tracking analytics and adjusting content to improve engagement
• Monitoring and replying to comments, DMs, and online reviews
• Responding to website chat messages and forwarding leads to the right team
• Responding to Google Reviews (both positive and negative) with professionalism
• Creating and sending email marketing campaigns (service updates, promos, newsletters)
• Sharing posts to local community Facebook groups and pages that allow local business promotions — helping us reach homeowners, property managers, and business owners in our service area
• Collaborating with leadership on marketing ideas, campaigns, and brand consistency

Tools You’ll Use

(Training will be provided if needed)
• Canva (design & templates)
• Meta Business Suite (Facebook + Instagram)
• TikTok
• Google My Business (reviews & updates)
• Mailchimp or HubSpot (email marketing)
• Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail)
• Squarespace (BLOG)
• Service Autopilot (Email Marketing Content)

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent written and spoken English
• Creative design sense (Canva experience required)
• Strong understanding of social media trends and engagement
• Ability to write engaging blogs, newsletters, and promotional emails
• Organized, proactive, and self-motivated
• Familiarity with U.S. audiences or home service businesses a plus
• Reliable internet connection and consistent communication habits

Why You’ll Love Working With Cornerstone

• Long-term, stable position with a growing U.S.-based company
• Freedom to be creative and help shape our brand voice
• Supportive leadership team that values consistency and trust
• Paid training and opportunities for growth
• Clear expectations and systems — no chaos, just progress
