JOB OVERVIEW

We are OCS Contracting Services, a growing painting and drywall company based in Wisconsin, USA. We're seeking a highly organized Virtual Office Manager to join our team. This is a remote, long-term opportunity for someone experienced in admin support for construction or service-based businesses.

Responsibilities include:

Job costing: track labor hours, materials, and expenses per job

Weekly performance reports for field employees

Manage project calendar and coordinate job schedules

Keep organized digital records of estimates, job photos, and reports

Support email and internal task management

Qualifications:

Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)

Proficient with spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel), Google Workspace

Experience in construction, contracting, or trades admin is a plus

Highly organized and self-motivated

Familiar with project or task management tools

We work CST time zone, so at least a 6-hour overlap is required during U.S. business hours.
