Social Media Manager - Remote - Well Paid

About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager to help grow our online presence across the U.S. and other English-speaking markets.

This role combines creative storytelling with strategic social media management. You’ll be responsible for producing daily trend-style videos, engaging with followers, and driving organic growth through current trends — all while maintaining the brand’s tone, voice, and vision.

What You’ll Do:
Create and post at least one video per day (UGC, aesthetic, or trend-based)
Write engaging captions and use effective hashtags
Research trending sounds, themes, and challenges
Manage comments, replies, and audience engagement
Suggest new ideas to grow reach and visibility
Track performance and share insights weekly

What We’re Looking For:
Strong understanding of social media trends
Ability to work independently and proactively while following direction
Confident in creating short-form videos (on or off camera)
Skilled in English writing and communication
Basic video editing knowledge (TikTok, CapCut, or similar tools)

Bonus Points If You:
Have grown TikTok accounts or communities before
Have experience managing social media pages or running trend-based campaigns
Have a passion for books — especially romance, fantasy, or romantasy genres

Compensation & Details:
Remote, flexible schedule
Minimum of one video post per day
Pay: ?10,000–?15,000 per month
Performance bonuses for viral content and growth milestones
