Right-Hand Assistant to Entrepreneur (Learn, Grow, Lead)

About the Role:
I’m looking for a young, energetic, and ambitious person with a sharp mind, strong motivation, and the ability to learn fast. Someone who’s curious, responsible, and not afraid to take ownership of new challenges.
This is not a routine job — I’m looking for someone who will grow with me, become my right hand, and eventually take on management responsibilities.

What You’ll Do:
• Work directly with me on a daily basis
• Research and learn new topics independently
• Execute a wide range of digital, organizational, and operational tasks
• Help structure and optimize processes
• Take initiative and handle “learn & do” missions with minimal supervision

Requirements:
• Young, energetic, and highly motivated to grow
• Excellent English (reading, writing, communication)
• Strong computer and internet skills
• Fast learner, self-starter, and adaptable
• Responsible, organized, and reliable
• Good home setup: stable internet, working equipment, backup for power/internet
• Full daily availability

Compensation:
• Starting salary: $300 per month for a full-time position (initial training period)
• Evaluation period: The first 4 months are considered a learning and stability phase — during this time, the salary remains fixed to ensure long-term commitment and consistency
• Growth plan: After demonstrating strong learning, understanding, and execution skills, salary increases will be introduced based on performance and knowledge milestones
• Bonuses: Additional performance and productivity bonuses may apply, separate from the base salary
