We are seeking a motivated and dependable Solar Cold Call Appointment Setter to join our team. You will be responsible for contacting cold leads from our provided database of homeowners in designated areas, introducing them to our solar and backup power solutions, and scheduling qualified appointments for a consultation with our sales team. All leads, scripts, and calling tools are provided so your primary goal is to book an average of 20 qualified appointments per week through effective communication, consistent follow-up, and professionalism on every call.
This is a full-time remote position with opportunities for long-term growth. You’ll be expected to work during U.S. business hours (CST or PST), follow scripts, record notes in our CRM, and consistently hit weekly booking goals.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound cold calls to residential leads provided by the company.
- Qualify prospects based on property ownership, electricity usage, and interest in solar or energy storage solutions.
- Schedule appointments directly into the company’s CRM (GoHighLevel).
- Maintain accurate notes and call outcomes in the CRM.
- Follow scripts and handle basic objections confidently.
- Attend weekly performance and training meetings via Zoom.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly appointment goals.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team for feedback and campaign optimization.
Requirements:
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Prior experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting (solar industry preferred).
- Must be familiar with GoHighLevel (GHL) or similar CRMs (HubSpot,
- Comfortable using dialers, call tracking, and texting tools.
- Consistent high-speed internet connection and quiet work environment.
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.

Preferred Skills (Not Required):
- Experience working with U.S.-based solar or home service companies.
- Familiarity with sales scripts, NEPQ-style questioning, and lead nurturing.
- Knowledge of tools like GoHighLevel, Meta Business Suite, Propstream
