Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute monthly marketing campaigns across all brands.
Manage social-media calendars, paid ads, influencer outreach, and content funnels.
Build and maintain the company’s digital ecosystem (Linktree, ConvertKit, landing pages).
Optimize marketing assets for conversions — books, courses, and live events.
Track analytics and report weekly on engagement, leads, and revenue impact.
Qualifications
3+ years of digital-marketing experience with proven ROI.
Deep understanding of content strategy,
Experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, or TikTok Ads Manager.
Must be proactive, creative, and highly organized.
Performance Goals
Achieve $75K+ in digital sales within the first year.
Grow audience by 10K+ followers and 1K+ monthly leads within 6 months.
Create 2–3 viral or high-engagement campaigns per quarter.
