About the Role:
We’re looking for a business-minded powerhouse who can turn ideas into income. The CROM will lead revenue generation and operations across multiple brands . You will design and manage sales systems, partnerships, product launches, and profit strategies that keep the company scaling month after month.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement revenue plans for books, courses, memberships, and services.
Create monetization systems for digital products, funnels, and partnerships.
Negotiate and close high-value deals (e.g., sponsorships, bulk book sales, collaborations).
Track KPIs weekly: revenue targets, ROI on campaigns, and profit margins.
Work hand-in-hand with Marketing Director and Executive Assistant to keep projects on schedule and profitable.
Prepare monthly profit reports and quarterly growth plans for the CEO.
Qualifications
3+ years in business development, operations, or sales leadership (preferably digital or publishing).
Exceptional organizational and analytical skills; understands numbers and execution.
Strong communicator who can manage multiple projects under pressure.
Experience using tools like Asana, Google Drive, and CRMs (HubSpot, ClickUp, etc.).
Performance Goals
Generate $100K+ in new revenue within 12 months.
Launch 3 profitable product or service funnels.
Deliver weekly status reports and monthly growth dashboards.
