Facebook Media Buyer / Ad Uploader

We’re looking for a Part-Time Facebook Media Buyer to assist with organizing, preparing, and uploading ads into Facebook Ads Manager for our e-commerce brands & b2b companies.

You’ll work directly with us (the business partners) and our creative team through ---------- and e-mail, where you’ll receive finished and revised ad creatives ready for upload.
Your main role will be to ensure all ads are uploaded correctly, organized into folders, and grouped properly under the right campaigns and ad sets.

For this roll, we need ads uploaded every wednesday and sunday. Meaning the ads go live every thursday and monday (EST)

This position requires availability 7 days a week, but only 1-1.5 hours per day (depending on the volume of ads that need to be uploaded). This is a rough statement, if you go over for the first time(s) that is totally fine.

Responsibilities:
- Upload finalized ad creatives into Facebook Ads Manager
- Put all the ad creatives names into a spreadsheet (which we will give you acces to)
- Group ads correctly under their respective ad sets and campaigns

- Maintain a clear and organized ad structure within Facebook Ads Manager

Requirements:
- Experience using Facebook Ads Manager
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Reliable communication through WhatsApp/ ---------- /Email
- Your own facebook business account which we will add to the manager.
- Ability to meet deadlines and stay organized under multiple campaigns
