Virtual Assistant – Social Media & E-commerce Support for She2Customed

Daily Tasks
• Respond to DMs and customer messages (inquiries, order updates, etc.)
• Send and create order payment links for customers ready to pay
• Record customer details and order info on a digital order tracker
• List and order materials for new projects
• Create and buy shipping labels via Pirate Ship
• Send customer order updates (1–2 weeks before due dates)
• Post daily Instagram content (stories, reels, and photos)
• Edit content for social media posts and reels

Weekly / As-Needed Tasks
• Update the order tracker with new orders and materials
• Create & schedule content in advance
• Send periodic updates to customers
• Help with website design/setup to make ordering hands-free for customers

Requirements
• Excellent English communication (written & spoken)
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Experience using Instagram, Canva, and basic photo/video editing tools
• Knowledge of Pirate Ship (preferred but not required)
• Basic familiarity with Google Sheets / order tracking tools
• Reliable internet connection and responsive communication

Work Hours & Compensation
• 10–20 hours per week (flexible schedule)
• Pay: Competitive hourly rate (based on experience)
• Must be available to check messages daily
