Klaviyo Technician

We’re a specialized email marketing agency working with e-commerce brands to drive retention, revenue growth, and stronger customer engagement.

As we scale, we’re looking for a skilled Klaviyo Tech/Builder to take ownership of technical implementation, so our focus can stay on growth, strategy, and results.

As a Klaviyo Technician, you’ll be responsible for building and executing campaigns, flows, forms, and segments within Klaviyo. You’ll translate designs from Figma into Klaviyo templates, set up precise audience targeting, and ensure flawless execution of email campaigns.

This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented who enjoys working inside Klaviyo and making sure everything runs smoothly from setup to launch.

Responsibilities

- Campaign & Flow Implementation: Build campaigns and flows in Klaviyo based on provided Figma designs.
- Audience Segmentation: Create and optimize segments to ensure accurate targeting.
- Sign-up Forms: Build and implement Klaviyo forms for lead capture.
- Quality Control: Ensure campaigns render correctly across devices and email clients.
- Reporting: Generate weekly performance reports and coordinate campaign scheduling.
- Collaboration: Work with the team via Slack for communication and ClickUp for project management.

Requirements

- Klaviyo Expertise: Proven experience in Klaviyo (campaigns, flows, segments, forms).
- Figma Skills: Ability to accurately convert Figma designs into Klaviyo templates.
- Attention to Detail: Strong eye for design consistency and technical accuracy.
- Communication: Clear written and verbal communication in English.
- Tools: Comfortable using ClickUp and Slack.
- Availability: 2-3 hours/day, within 9 AM - 5 PM CET.
