JOB OVERVIEW

Junior Creative Strategist – Direct Response Ads

We are building a 9-figure e-commerce brand and are looking for a Junior Creative Strategist who can produce 3–5 high-performing ad scripts per day by directly modeling proven competitor creatives.

???? Responsibilities

Ad Research & Modeling

Analyze competitor ads and transcribe scripts.

Identify winning hooks, angles, and structures.

Adapt competitor scripts into fresh, brand-aligned versions.

Scriptwriting & Messaging

Rewrite raw transcripts using AI tools (Claude, GPT, etc.) into compelling direct-response scripts.

Ensure messaging is persuasive, clear, and conversion-focused.

Visual Strategy & Briefs

Translate scripts into shot lists and visual briefs for video editors.

Define UGC style, b-roll needs, AI-generated visuals, and motion elements.

If needed, hire/manage b-roll creators or generate custom assets using AI.

Tool Stack & AI Awareness

Must be comfortable with:

Claude / GPT (script rewrites, research, transcripts)

Arcads / Veo3 / Kling AI (AI video generation, UGC footage, editing assistance)

Bonus: Runway, MidJourney, Pika, Stable Video

Stay updated on new creative AI tools and workflows.

Collaboration

Work directly with video editors to ensure final outputs match strategy.

Provide clear, structured briefs with timestamps, visuals, and tone direction.

? Requirements

Proven experience in direct-response ad creative (preferably e-commerce).

Strong understanding of competitor modeling, hooks, and high-converting ad structures.

Experience briefing editors and overseeing creative execution. start your application with a word black.

Familiarity with AI content creation tools and workflows.

Ability to deliver consistent daily output at high quality.

Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work under performance-based KPIs.

2–4 scripts per day delivered (10–12+ video concepts weekly).

10% creative win-rate benchmark (ads that pass testing).

Performance bonuses:

Hitting KPIs = Bonus ????
