Position Overview
Looking for a reliable, detail-oriented virtual assistant to help produce sleep-educational content for my growing YouTube channel. This is straightforward, process-driven work - NO creative skills required. You'll simply follow step-by-step instructions I provide.
This is NOT content creation. You won't be writing, editing videos, or making creative decisions. You'll be copy/pasting prompts, downloading files, and uploading them - that's it!

What You'll Do Daily
Your Daily Task: Produce 3 Videos
Here's the breakdown per video:

Copy topic and paste into Claude AI - 2 minutes
Copy AI-generated script and clean it in Google Docs (remove headers) - 10 minutes
Copy script and paste into voiceover tool - 3 minutes
Upload voiceover file to video platform - 5 minutes
Generate 15 images using AI tools - 20 minutes
Download images and upload to video platform - 5 minutes
Generate thumbnail and add text in Canva - 10 minutes
Generate description using AI - 3 minutes
Create deliverables document - 3 minutes

Total active work per video: ~1 hour
Daily workload: 3 hours of actual hands-on work
Monthly: ~90 hours (part-time, flexible schedule)

Compensation & Benefits
Base Pay: $450/month
Payment Schedule: $225 every 2 weeks (biweekly)
Payment Method: PayPal or Wise
Payment Structure:

First payment: I send you $225 to start (upfront after training)
After that: You send me invoices biweekly for $225
Always on time - I value reliable assistants

Performance Bonuses:

Potential bonuses for consistent quality work
Opportunity for rate increase after 3 months

Requirements
MUST HAVES:

Reliable, FAST internet connection (Most important!)

You'll be downloading/uploading files constantly
Slow internet = can't do this job effectively


Computer/Laptop (smartphone not sufficient)

Need to work with Google Docs, Canva, multiple browser tabs


Available 3-4 hours per day consistently

Work when you want, but 3 videos must be done daily
Deadline: All videos by 11 PM EST each day


Detail-oriented and can follow instructions exactly

This job is 90% following steps correctly
If you skip steps or don't follow SOP = problems


Basic English comprehension (to read SOP and instructions)
Reliable and communicative

Respond to messages promptly
Let me know if issues arise



NICE TO HAVE (Not Required):

Previous VA experience
Familiarity with AI tools
Experience with YouTube content


Work Schedule
Flexible but consistent:

Work whenever you want during the day
Only requirement: 3 videos completed by 11 PM EST each day
Work 7 days/week OR take days off (as long as you hit weekly quota)
I provide topics each morning - you produce them same day

Typical workflow:

Morning: Receive 3 topics fro ----------
Afternoon/Evening: Produce 3 videos following SOP
Night: Submit deliverables (thumbnail + description links)


What Success Looks Like
After 1 week, you should be able to:

Complete 3 videos per day without my help
Follow the SOP with 100?curacy
Deliver clean, properly formatted deliverables
Manage your time to meet daily deadline

After 1 month:

Work independently and confidently
Troubleshoot minor issues on your own
Potentially qualify for bonus/rate increase
