Sindex is a Berlin rooted label group running three distinct music labels with 80,000 followers and strong monthly listeners. We move fast, release often, and keep tight relationships with artists, curators, and channels.

Role snapshot
Part time to start, growing to full time within a few months. You will work directly with the owner, follow clear documentation, and become the right hand across day to day label ops.

What you will do now

Upload music to platforms and maintain tidy release folders

Respond to emails with timely, professional communication

Manage SoundCloud uploads, tags, playlists, and reposts

Create simple YouTube videos from provided assets, no prior editing skills required

Track tasks in our workflow tool and keep status up to date

What you may do later

Create smart links and download links

Reach out to artists for demos, stems, and assets

Run label outreach to blogs, DJs, curators, and channels

Coordinate premieres with partner outlets

Help with basic marketing tasks, captions, schedule posts, update bios

What success looks like

Releases are uploaded correctly and on time

Inboxes are cleared daily and answers are accurate

SoundCloud and YouTube stay active, organized, and on brand

Artists and partners feel informed and supported

You spot small issues early and fix them before they grow

Must haves

Excellent written English, clear and friendly tone

Strong attention to detail, file names, metadata, links

Reliable internet and a modern computer

Proactive communicator, you ask when unsure and then document the answer

Willing to learn simple tools, Google Drive, Sheets, ClickUp, basic audio file handling

Nice to have

Experience with music labels, artist management, or promo

Familiarity with SoundCloud, YouTube Studio, Distributor dashboards, Photoshop or Canva

Basic understanding of electronic music scenes and premiere culture

Schedule and pay

Location, remote

Hours, flexible, generally available during Asian hours

Part part time 20 hours per month for $250. (Big possibility to add more hours as we grow further with the end goal of you becoming full time)

Consider the first months a warm up period while we ramp.
