Position: Virtual Assistant

We’re expanding our internal operations team and looking for a talented and reliable Virtual Assistant to support our growing workload. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and proactive, someone who can manage multiple tasks efficiently and contribute to the smooth daily operations of our agency.

Responsibilities:

* Conduct data entry and research for marketing and client projects
* Manage GSuite organization (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.)
* Assist with basic bookkeeping and expense tracking
* Provide light graphic design support for internal and client materials
* Handle general administrative and operational support tasks
* Communicate with tea ---------- mbers and assist in project coordination

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant for years
* Proficiency in GSuite (Google Docs, Sheets, Drive)
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* MUST BE C2 PROFICIENCY IN ENGLISH
* MUST BE FULL-TIME (6 hours/day minimum)
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
* Familiarity with Canva, Slack, or other productivity/design tools is a plus
