Product Sourcing and General Admin Assistant

We are launching a private-label brand and looking for a hands-on sourcing assistant to help us build reliable supplier partnerships in China, handle imports, and manage pre-launch logistics.

You’ll work directly with the business owner (me ????) and help turn product ideas into real shipments ready for sale.

Responsibilities
• Research trending and profitable products
• Analyze competitor pricing, features, and customer feedback
• Identify qualified suppliers from Alibaba, 1688, or trade shows
• Request quotations, negotiate pricing and MOQ
• Coordinate sample orders and shipping
• Evaluate supplier documents, certifications, and test reports
• Create supplier comparison spreadsheets
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and 3PL warehouses
• Track orders, update timelines, and maintain import documents
• Assist in packaging, labeling, and brand compliance

Requirements
• No experience required — as long as you’re willing to be trained, follow instructions well, deliver quality output, and are easy to work with
• Familiar with Alibaba, Made-in-China, GlobalSources, or 1688 (a plus but not required)
• Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
• Comfortable using Google Sheets or Excel
• Reliable internet and available for daily updates

Preferred (Nice to Have)
• Experience working with Amazon FBA, Shopee, or Lazada sellers
• Knows how to talk with Chinese suppliers via WeChat
• Experience arranging shipments or working with freight forwarders

Compensation & Perks

???? ?14,000 – ?16,000 / month starting salary
